Things to note before commissioning me
AGREEMENT
By commissioning me you are agreeing to my TOS.I will not be held responsible for any misconception if you do not read my TOS thoroughly.I reserve the right to refuse any order.No rushed commissions.I reserve the right to post my commissioned work to my social media for advertising and portfolio purposes, with respective credits to the client and/or artists involved.I reserve the right to stream my commission progress. Please contact me beforehand if you want to keep it hidden.You can stream or make monetized content using the commissioned work.Please credit me when you use the commissioned work.Do not use the commissioned work in any blockchain-related technology including NFTs, cryptocurrency, etc.Do not reproduce, redistribute or resell the commissioned work without my permission. Please contact me beforehand if you plan to resell my work.
WORKFLOW
If you are interested in commissioning me, please fill out the application form on the APPLY page.If I decide to take your commission, I will reply to your application form within 5 days, and discuss the commission details with you. I will make a price estimation based on your demand.After confirming there's no problem with the price, the schedule and other details about the commission, you would need to pay 50% of the full payment up front to secure the spot (I will send you Paypal invoice for payment).After receiving the deposit, I will put your commission into my schedule. Before starting to work on your commission, I will contact you to confirm the details of the commission again.When working on your commission, I will send you regular updates.For rigging commissions, normally I will send updates 4 times during the process in the form of videos, when the following have been completed: (a) face, (b) body movements,(c) head angles and (d) when the rigging is almost done.For model art commissions, normally I will send updates 4 times during the process in the form of screenshots, when the following have been completed: (a) sketch, (b) line art, (c) coloring and (d) when the model art is almost done.After receiving the updates, please feel free to ask for anything changed or edited. You are encouraged to provide feedback during the process to ensure the quality of the final work.To check the commission progress, you can contact me or visit my Trello.After receiving the final update (when the work is almost done), you can make a list of any revision you want made. I will make final revisions accordingly. Once you are happy with the final work, the final 50% of the payment will be due.After receiving the rest of the payment, I will send you the final commission file. If you still want minor revisions after delivery of the final work, please contact me because they might be free.During the commission process, minor revisions are free (but there is a certain threshold for the quantity of minor revisions). Major revisions before and after delivering the completed work are not free.Major revisions can be any of the following:change of clothes,additional animations,additional expressions,changing animations,change of more than 10% of the model's layers.The price for any addition to the model will be discussed.
PAYMENT
Currency is in USD!You can check my price list on the COMMISSION page.Payment by PayPal, Binance only. I will create and send you PayPal invoices for payment.PayPal, transaction fees are not included in the price list.As stated in the WORKFLOW part, you would need to pay 50% deposit to secure the spot.If the commission has to be cancelled due to the client's cause, the deposit will be non-refundable.If I cannot finish the commission due to my own cause, you'll be issued a full refund.

Please read the TOS page carefully before commissioning me. You can also check my workflow on the TOS page.If you are interested in commissioning me, please fill out the application form on the APPLY page. The more details you provide in the application form, the better.No rushed commissions, no NFSW. I will choose the commission type that I’m good at.If I decide to take your commission, I will reply to your application form within 5 days.The PSD file for rigging must be prepared in advance (naming and layering must be standardized). You must confirm the PSD file before sending it to me.If the PSD file you provide is not standardized, I might ask you to fix it. I would charge additional fees if I need to fix it myself.If the model has a lot of features to be added, please provide me a Google Docs or PDF file with a description of all the features you want added as well as reference images for sticker expressions and/or reference videos for animated features. This is to lessen the back-and-forth communication between us, resulting in a more efficient workflow.The price might increase if there are too many asymmetries in the character.There is a limit to the number of revisions at each stage. If the number of revisions exceeds my limit, I will indicate it and might charge additional fees if you still want more revisions.You will only receive the face tracking files (MOC3) when the commission is finished. For the main Live2D Cubism file (CMO3), you can purchase it as an extra for additional 100% of the original commission price (NOT FOR REDISTRIBUTION).My model is only suitable for VTube Studio (VTS), and I also recommend you to use VTS for face tracking. It's a very nice software!All the prices listed on this page are just starting prices. The final price might vary depending on the complexity of the work.I might adjust my price list in the future.

The final price might vary depending on the complexity of the work.❗ If you want any extra that is not listed above, please feel free to contact me and we can discuss the price!❗If there are plans to use the model for business purposes (this applies to a company or a talent agency commission), the total price will be adjusted according to the scale of the project. In general, corporate work that requires cmo3 project file handover will be 2x the base price.
